Top 5 Travel and Local Apps on Android in Greece: Q2 2022

In the second quarter of 2022, the top five travel and local apps on the Android platform in Greece showed varied performance trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here is a detailed look at each app's performance.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 5.5K at the end of March and reaching approximately 9.1K by the last week of June. Weekly active users also saw a gradual rise, from around 69.8K to nearly 80K during the same period.

Google Earth had a more fluctuating trend in downloads, beginning at around 3.7K in late March, peaking at approximately 5.1K at the end of May, and ending at about 3.9K in late June. The number of active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 26.4K to 28.1K throughout the quarter.

Ferryhopper - The Ferries App showed significant growth in weekly downloads, starting from 1.7K in late March and surging to around 5.4K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 3.3K to approximately 8.8K over the same period.

Aegean Airlines experienced a steady increase in downloads, beginning at 2.4K in late March and climbing to around 3.7K by the end of June. Weekly active users also grew from about 10.1K to 12.2K during this timeframe.

OASA Telematics had consistent weekly downloads, starting at 2.6K and peaking at around 3.4K in mid-June, before slightly decreasing to 3.3K by the end of the quarter. The active user count remained stable, fluctuating between 38.7K and 40.3K.
